Sports Terms

General Provisions

Pgebet offers sports betting and related services in accordance with these Betting Rules. By placing a Bet, the End User agrees to be bound by these Rules and to comply with applicable law. The Rules govern the terms of betting, settlement, and any required verification processes for all Markets offered by Pgebet.

Eligibility and Language

Only individuals who meet the minimum gambling age and are legally permitted to place bets in their jurisdiction may accede to and use the sportsbook services. Where multiple language versions exist, the English language version governs any conflict or inconsistency. Pgebet may amend, update, or withdraw aspects of the Rules or offerings without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval where required.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules: - End User means the person who uses Pgebet’s sportsbook services. - Bet means a risk-based agreement on an Event, Market or set of Markets, entered with a Stake and resulting in a Winning or a loss according to Odds and Rules. - Stake is the amount of money placed on a Bet. - Market is an in-play or pre-match event on which a Stake may be placed. - Event is a sports, e-sports, or other eligible occurrence offered with Odds. - Odds are the coefficient used to determine Winnings for a Bet. - Winnings means the amount paid to the End User on a successful Bet. - Operator means the legal entity providing wagering services to End Users.

General Rules of Betting

Pgebet may, at its discretion, accept or reject any Bet. Bets, once accepted, are not reversible except as expressly provided in these Rules. End Users may review all Bets via the My Bets interface. Bets may be voided, unsettled, or re-settled in accordance with the Rules, including in cases of erroneous odds or wagers placed in contravention of these Rules.

Security, Data, and Compliance

All transactions are subject to standard security controls and verification procedures. Pgebet relies on reputable data sources for outcome determination and may delay settlement pending official confirmation where required. The operator reserves the right to suspend settlements during fraud or integrity investigations and to withhold payment pending regulatory review.

All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable Law. A Bet becomes valid only when confirmed as accepted in the betslip. Pgebet retains the right to accept or reject Bets at any time, including after initial acceptance but before final settlement. End Users must not use automated systems or multiple third-party accounts to place Bets; Bets placed in contravention may be voided.

Bet Types and Multi-Bet Structures

Available Bet types include, but are not limited to, the following, each requiring all components to be correct for value to be realized:

  • Single (Ordinary) Bet: One outcome, payout equals Stake multiplied by Odds.
  • Combo Bet: Multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win; payout equals Stake multiplied by the combined Odds.
  • System Bet: A series of connected Combos derived from a fixed set of selections; payout based on the aggregate winning combinations.
  • Trixie: Three bets from three selections forming one treble and two doubles; payout equals Stake times total odds.
  • Patent: Four bets from three selections, including three singles; payout equals Stake times total odds.
  • Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, and Goliath: Larger accumulator structures with corresponding multiples and payouts, as defined by the bet configuration.
  • Cash Out: Early settlement feature enabling closure of a Bet under revised terms where available; Pgebet may modify or suspend this feature without notice.
  • Bet Builder: Combinations of bets within a single Event; all selections must be correct for payout; availability is limited to eligible events.
  • Early Payout: A discretionary feature allowing early settlement of a Bet if predefined conditions are met; the scope and terms are displayed with the Bet offer and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Standard Market types include, but are not limited to:

  • Match (1X2): Home win, Draw, or Away win.
  • Correct Score: Precision final score or outcome.
  • Over/Under (Totals): Total events exceeding or falling below a specified threshold.
  • Odd/Even: Parity of a defined statistic.
  • Head-to-Head / Multi-Participant Markets.
  • Half Time / Full Time: Result at half and full time; may be void if format deviates from standard.
  • Draw No Bet: Bet on a team to win with draws refunded.
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap: Adjusted margins to reflect expected performance; partial win scenarios may apply in Asian Handicap.
  • Double Chance: Two of three possible outcomes are selected as winners.
  • Outright / Place: Long-term event or tournament outcomes.
  • Period-based Markets: Results within defined segments (quarters, halves, or periods).
  • Race to X Points/Goals, Scorer-based Markets, and other event-specific Bets.

Live Markets are settled on the official result or, where official data is unavailable, on high-integrity data sources used by Pgebet. Bets may be subject to price corrections, and settlement may be delayed to reflect official confirmation. In case of a discrepancy between live data and final official results, the final official result governs the settlement depending on the market rules. Pgebet may pause, suspend, or modify live markets to maintain wagering integrity.

Outright markets cover participant-based outcomes regardless of active participation. Under the Play-or-Pay principle, a Bet remains valid even if a listed participant cannot take part for any reason; such Bets are settled as losses if applicable. If a participant replacement occurs within a listed set, team markets remain valid while individual markets may be voided as necessary.

Should an Event be postponed or abandoned, Bets on affected markets may be void or settled based on the status of the Event once resumed or by reference to the original schedule. Pgebet may void unsettled Bets if the event is not resumed within the applicable timeframe, and may refund stakes as required. If a match starts but is not completed, Bets may be voided or settled according to the last verifiable official result.

In the event of a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision conflicting with on-field calls, Bets placed before the final VAR decision may be voided if the decision affects the outcome of the bet in question. Bets unaffected by VAR revisions or settled using approved criteria shall stand. Pgebet reserves the right to reverse settlements if a final official decision requires correction before the match concludes.

Odds displayed to End Users are shown with two decimal places for on-screen presentation. Total Odds for a bet are calculated with a higher precision and rounded back to two decimals for payout, and the Winning amount is truncated to two decimals. The maximum period for settlement or re-settlement of a Betslip is 30 days from the date of initial settlement.

Pgebet adheres to applicable laws and regulatory expectations, including identity verification, anti-money laundering controls, and self-exclusion mechanisms. End Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with local law and the rules of responsible gaming. Pgebet may publish additional compliance rules and privacy practices from time to time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform.
