Introduction

Any bets settled after the change but before effect remain governed by the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed. Your continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your Obligations

3.12 You are not registered as an Affiliate with Pgebet’s Affiliate program (or you have disclosed any relevant affiliation in accordance with the program rules).
Restricted Use

4.1 You must not access or use the Service if: 4.1.1 you are under the applicable gambling age; 4.1.2 you reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; 4.1.3 you are accessing from or located in restricted jurisdictions; 4.1.4 you attempt to harvest personal data of other Users; 4.1.5 you disrupt the Service or interfere with other Users’ experience; 4.1.6 you promote unsolicited advertising or affiliate links within the Service; 4.1.7 you attempt to cheat, or to collude with others, to obtain an unfair advantage; 4.1.8 you infringe on intellectual property rights or scrape odds; 4.1.9 you engage in unlawful activity.

4.2 You may not sell or transfer your Account or acquire an Account from a third party.

4.3 You may not transfer funds between separate player accounts.

4.4 Pgebet may terminate your Account with written notice for unauthorized use and may pursue legal action where appropriate.

4.5 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pgebet or its licensees may not use the Service for real money without prior written consent; violations will result in termination and forfeiture of bonuses/winnings.
Registration

5.1 Pgebet may refuse to register any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

5.2 Registration requires completion of the form, acceptance of these Terms, and may require verification including identity documents and proof of address; wagering or withdrawal may be suspended until information is received to comply with regulatory and AML requirements.

5.3 You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address, and keep it up to date; communication from Pgebet will be directed to the Registered Email Address.

5.4 Only one Account per person is allowed; duplicate Accounts may be closed or blocked.

5.6 You must keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your Account and should change your password regularly.

5.8 You may register using multiple currencies; deposits, withdrawals, and bets will be denominated in the transaction currency in use.

5.9 Signing up is at Pgebet’s sole discretion; the sign-up process is an invitation to treat and there is no obligation to open an Account.

Your Account

6.1 Accounts may support multiple currencies; balances and transactions appear in the currency of each transaction.

6.2 Pgebet does not extend credit through the Service.

6.3 We may close or suspend an Account for non-compliance or to maintain integrity; notice may not be given in advance; we may cancel bets and withhold funds where applicable.

6.4 We may close or suspend an Account without prior notice; matured contractual obligations will be honoured.

6.5 We may refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit wagers at any time for legitimate reasons, including fraud prevention and adherence to system rules.

6.6 If funds are mistakenly credited to your Account, Pgebet may recover the incorrect credit.

6.7 If your Account is overdrawn, you owe the amount to Pgebet.

6.8 You must promptly report any errors affecting your Account.

6.9 Betting is for entertainment; do not wager more than you can afford to lose. If you are concerned about gambling harm, you may request self-exclusion per the process described by Pgebet.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting Pgebet Customer Support using your registered email to indicate you wish to SELF-EXCLUDE. Pgebet provides responsible gaming resources and may suspend or restrict access to all products and services offered now or in the future. Self-exclusion is effective regardless of location and may affect access to all Pgebet offerings.
Compliance, KYC and AML
Pgebet will perform identity verification in accordance with applicable laws, including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill. We may conduct ongoing checks and monitor activity to detect suspicious activity. The governing law will be the law of the jurisdiction in which Pgebet operates. The arbitrator may award damages and costs as permitted by law. This clause does not restrict the right to seek injunctive relief in a court with competent jurisdiction when applicable.
Termination; Suspension; Account Closure
Pgebet may terminate, suspend, or close your Account at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may withdraw any available funds in accordance with withdrawal rules; bonuses or winnings may be forfeited consistent with the applicable terms and conditions, and unsettled bets may be canceled.
Changes to Terms
Pgebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Service; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service.
